How subscriptions work
Subscriptions are automatically renewed according to the delivery interval you selected and products will be automatically delivered by the store after each successful renewal.
For example, if you have subscribed to a monthly subscription, the system will automatically charge your credit card every month and you will receive the products at your door every month, without having to place the order yourself!
Can I pause or cancel a subscription?
Yes, of course. You can pause or cancel a subscription at any time in the customer portal, as shown in the screenshot below. The only time the subscription cannot be canceled is if you have purchased a subscription that requires a certain number of payments before you can cancel it.
The customer portal is accessible via the magic link you received in the email sent to you when you placed an initial subscription order in the store. You can also access your subscriptions if you create an account in your store.
How do I skip or reschedule a charge?
You can skip or reschedule the collection in the customer portal. Each scheduled delivery will have a Skip Payment button, which you can use to skip the collection. You can reschedule the collection by clicking the Reschedule button next to the delivery date.
Can I add products to my subscription?
Sure. You can add products to your subscription in the customer portal. Simply click the Edit button in the product sheet and modify, delete or add products to your subscription.
What happens if the payment cannot be processed?
If the subscription cannot be renewed because a payment cannot be processed, you will receive an email with a link to securely update your payment method.
