How subscriptions work

Subscriptions are automatically renewed based on the delivery interval you selected and products will be automatically delivered by the store after each successful renewal.

Terms of the Subscription with Delivery

(The Rosy & Budd Select Club is offered as a separate subscription with a different term)
  • Minimal commitment
    By subscribing, you agree to receive recurring deliveries. A minimum of 6 deliveries is required . Cancellation before the end of this period will incur an additional fee.
  • Modification: You can request to modify your subscription at any time by email or telephone . However, all requests must be made at least 48 hours before the current order is processed . After this time, the order will be shipped and billed normally.

  • Automatic Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews each month, on the anniversary of your first purchase. After the 6 deliveries, the subscription automatically renews under the same terms, unless you inform us of your intention not to renew.

  • Delivery Window: Deliveries are made regularly between 3 to 9 business days.

  • Confirmation Notice
    A confirmation email is sent to you 48 hours before each order is processed . This allows you to make changes within the expected timeframe.

This ensures that you receive your products consistently and without interruption, while giving you the flexibility to manage your subscription as needed.

Can I pause or cancel a subscription?

Yes, of course. You can pause or cancel a subscription after the first 6 months by emailing admin@livora.ca. The customer portal is accessible via the magic link you received in the email sent to you when you placed an initial subscription order in the store. You can also access your subscriptions if you create an account in your store.

Can I add products to my subscription?

Of course. You can add products to your subscription in the customer portal. Simply click the Edit button in the product sheet and modify, delete, or add products to your subscription. You can also write to us for assistance.

What happens if the payment cannot be processed?

If the subscription cannot be renewed because a payment cannot be processed, you will receive an email with a link to securely update your payment method.
