Subscription Conditions – Club Rosy & Budd
By subscribing to the Rosy & Budd Club , you accept these conditions:
1. How the subscription works

The subscription applies exclusively to Rosy & Budd kibble .

Upon joining, you receive 25% off your first bag , then 10% off monthly renewals .

As a member, you also benefit from a 5% discount at all times on all products available on livora.ca
2. Payment and renewal

The subscription is billed automatically at the frequency chosen during registration.

Payments are made via the method registered in your account.

You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date.
3. Minimum 12-month commitment.

A minimum of 12 consecutive deliveries is required before you can cancel your subscription. Cancellations before the end of this period will incur an additional fee.

After this period, the subscription can be modified, suspended or canceled at any time via your customer account or by writing to us at admin@livora.ca
4. Exclusive benefits

Automatic entry into the annual draw offering the chance to win 12 bags of Rosy & Budd kibble (value of $1,250).
5. Delivery

Delivery is free throughout Quebec for subscription orders.

Delivery times may vary depending on region and product availability.
6. Modification of the conditions

Livora reserves the right to modify the benefits, discounts or terms of the subscription, subject to prior notice to members.

The terms in effect at the time of your renewal will apply automatically.
7. Acceptance
By confirming your subscription, you acknowledge having read and accepted these conditions and you agree to respect the terms of the Rosy & Budd Club .
